Shookle Chariot/Lance

Since I made some Kanogias weapons yesterday, the thought of making a Shookle Chariot had been dancing around in my head. So I just had to make it. Then asked JacyA if I should have Cannassault or Charibasa aboard the vessel and he suggested Charibasa. I was initially going to make a regular Barsala, but doing those wings properly is something that's just been baffling me since I tried. This is one of the few cases where making the Uberhero is easier than the Rarepon, so enjoy it!

Obviously plant technology is significantly more advanced then anything else.
